Vintage Q Tee Clown Doll

Vintage Q-Tee clown in a cute pinstriped multi color metallic jumpsuit and a little white lace collar. The clown is hand painted and made. Did you see blue soft and fluffy hair? It looks like someone did cut a bit of his hair in the back side; see pictures. It looks like there were two pom poms accents on the jumpsuit that are missing.
