Rare find! This is a vintage James Bunnell black panther original Mission Hand Prints of California in oil. This silkscreen serigraph is behind glass. The video also shows the serigraph under a black light.

James Bunnell was a California artist who specialized in printmaking and an acclaimed artist for his hand pulled serigraph prints. He helped his father run the family design and silk screening business and produced some of the more iconic black light posters.
